Often lately I find myself thinking that surely I must soon wake up from this nightmare in which the Bill of Rights is completely trashed. The wonderful speech that Patrick Leahy delivered on the floor of the Senate reminds me that, sadly, this is no dream. On the other hand, it also is a reminder that there are still a few folks left in government who are principled, decent and articulate. Let’s all move to Vermont and then secede from the union. ~~ Paquita
